HMUMC Top Ten – October 2
1. HMUMC Red Cross Fall Blood Drive
Please prayerfully consider making a donation at the annual HMUMC Fall Blood Drive. To donate, you may sign up online at www.redcrossblood.org using the passcode: hamumc (use all lower case letters). You may also sign up on Sundays, September 22, 29, and October 6 before or after each worship service in the narthex. While walk-ins are accepted, the Red Cross will appreciate appointments since that allows them to plan the drive more efficiently. Be sure to bring either a Red Cross donor card or a photo ID when you come to make your donation.

7. Farmer’s Market at HMUMC Informational Meeting
The Wellness Ministry is excited to announce the start of a Farmer’s Market right here at HMUMC. Those who are interested in serving on the committee (no farmer’s market knowledge necessary!) are invited to attend. Our goal is to get the ball rolling so that we are up and running mid-May.
We are collecting summer clothes, soccer, basket and footballs, match box cars, puppets, school supplies, and arts and craft supplies for the November 24-December 1 mission trip to Honduras. All donations are greatly appreciated. Donations may be dropped off in the Honduras bin by the Rooftop. For more information please contact John Boozer.
If you or someone you know attends church here at Hamilton Mill UMC and may need some help this Christmas, or if you would like to “adopt” a family and furnish Christmas gifts for them, please contact Roger Freeman at 770-271-8855, ext 101 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
