7. Surviving the Holidays Event
in Room 339
Thanksgiving and Christmas are festive events, but for those who have lost loved ones it can be difficult to experience the joy and peace of the holidays. If you are wondering how you are going to get through the holidays, we invite you to come and spend time with others who understand the sorrow of loss. Together, we will learn some practical coping skills for this time of year and begin to move through the pain and into healing. For more information about this event or the HMUMC GriefShare ministry, please contact Barbara Goss at email@example.com or 770.235.3572.
8. Did you know?
A special thank you to all of you who have turned in your Living Generously Pledge Cards. It is so nice to be a part of a congregation that cares so much about their church home. If you have not had a chance to fill out your pledge card, it is not too late. Please prayerfully consider making a pledge online by using the button below or filling out a pledge card in service on Sunday morning.
