Middle School Scavenger Hunt
June 18 – 6:00pm to 8:30pm
All rising 6th-8th graders are invited to join us in The Shed for our scavenger hunt! All participants must have a waiver of liability on file with
the student ministry office – you may pick this up in The Shed or have a parent fill it out when you arrive on the 18th.
Ignite Scavenger Hunt
June 22 – 6:00pm to 8:30pm
Join us at The Shed for an awesome scavenger hunt event! We’ll meet, find a car to ride in, then scavenge our way through the Dacula area to find some awesome things!
Student Ministry Week of Service

Calling all 6th-12th graders that want to give back to the community – check the student online calendar for details for each day June 23rd-26th! You must register in advance for these events…

We’ll have a night full of fun, capture the flag, movies, and more fun! Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, snack to share and perhaps a friend, and meet us in The Shed!
3. Going Deeper with Guitar Seminars
All experienced acoustic and electric guitar players, join us on June 14, June 21, June 28 and/or July 19 from 9:00am to 10:00am for a FREE seminar discussing tone, technique, timing, theory, chart reading and more. To RSVP or find out more about this seminar, please contact email@example.com.
4. Summer Sunday School Series
Join the Vertical Living Sunday School class for a special summer series this Sunday at 11:00am in room 339. They’ll be going through the book “Questions God Asks Us” by Trevor Hudson. It’s sure to start some good conversations and help you meet new people.
5. The Wesley Bell Ringers Concert
June 23 at 7:30pm.
This concert will be part of the choir’s 49th annual concert tour, and will feature 30 teenage ringers playing more than 225 hand-bells and hand-chimes. They have
performed at the US Capitol, Cathedral of the Pines National Monument, Mt. Rushmore, Disneyland and Disney World. The 2014 concert includes the music of Rossini, Handel and Copland. Admission to the concert is free and an offering will be collected. We are looking for several host homes for the bell ringers. 6. Family Mission Opportunity! Help Feed the Homeless of Atlanta!

WinShape Camp!! It is going to be A SUMMER OF A LIFETIME – Register for Camp TODAY!
WinShape Camp at HMUMC is the ultimate day camp experience for rising 2nd – 7th graders. Campers choose from 19 different activities. We combine sports, arts, recreation, Bible Study and worship, keeping them busy from 8:00am to 5:00pm each day for the BEST WEEK EVER! Camp is July 14 – 18. SUPER SKILLS SUMMER CAMP
Covenant Family Counseling and Resource Center will be holding a SUPER SKILLS SUMMER CAMP at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church the week of July 7th-July 11th from 8:30am-4:30pm. Join the Chancel Choir for a one-time commitment before the choir takes a summer break. This service features an orchestra and easy to learn patriotic music. 10. Help us Keep The Pantry stocked for the summer!
The Pantry at HMUMC is open every Saturday from 9:30am-11:30am and gives out over 1,500 pounds of food, feeding an average of 70 families each week. We rely 100% on the generosity of volunteers and donors to support ongoing operations. Volunteers are welcome any Saturday and donations can be dropped in the pantry bins located at the portico entrance. Thank your for your support!
