March on the Rooftop Week 1

Categories: Crosstown Kids

Sin broke our relationship with God beyond repair, until He sent his only Son who paid for our sin with his blood.  Jesus made it possible for to experience God’s forgiveness and have a restored relationship with him.  We have been forgiven, therefore we must forgive in return.  Forgiveness is deciding that someone who has wronged you doesn’t have to pay.  Our memory verse is from Colossians 3:13, “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone.  Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”
I encourage you to spend some time with the devotions we send home with your child on Sunday mornings.  If you didn’t get one, visit our website where you’ll find a devotion that coincides with our discussion on the Rooftop.
*****KIDS – don’t forget your Bibles on Sunday morning!*****
