“You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. And you must love your neighbor as you love yourself.”

Growing as a disciple of Jesus is a lifelong journey of transformation by the grace of God. We want to help you grow in your relationship and love with God, other Christians, and your neighbors. And we believe that the best way to grow as a disciple is alongside of others.

When Christians talk about being saved—or about Salvation with a capital S—what are we talking about? A personal experience? A shared experience?  Belief?  Faith?  Is it a moment or a lifetime?  How much is under our control, and how much is God’s work alone?  What do the Old and New Testaments say?  In this class, come explore the meaning of salvation in scripture, Christian theology, and the experience of individuals and the church across our history.
