HMUMC Preschool’s Ladybug Bazaar

Thursday, October 6  9:00am-2:00pm & 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Join us for the seventh annual HMUMC preschool LADYBUG BAZAAR!  We will have many local businesses showcasing their products and services!  Come enjoy shopping for holiday items and seeing the many businesses in our community that are supporting our preschool!

This event offers great exposure to those who use one of our spaces.  Your business OR homemade craft has the potential of being seen by all of our preschool families (approx. 240 families) as well as many church and community members!  Cash & Carry items are suggested for greater interest and better sales for your business.  For just $50, a 10’ x 10’ “booth space” will be available to those interested in participating.  All proceeds from Booth Rentals will go directly to the preschool to support the activities we continue to offer our children.  A flyer will be sent home to all preschool families prior to the event to advertise your business supporting, and being present at our event!
A few important details for those interested in showcasing their business:
*All booth rentals are subject to preschool board approval.  We will do our best to NOT duplicate similar businesses (i.e.: one Willow House, one Tastefully simple, one Thirty-One Gifts, etc).
*We will offer tables on a first come first serve basis.
* You will need to arrive and be finished unloading your materials by 8:30am and have your booth completely setup by 8:50am.  (The church will open at 8:00am).
